Our Mission
Millions of Filipinos need emergency cash but face an overwhelming and often dangerous landscape of online lenders — including illegal apps that charge predatory rates and harass borrowers. Finance Manila exists to cut through the noise: we only list lenders that are SEC-recorded, BSP-compliant, and verified by our team. Every listing is earned, never paid for.

Every lender is cross-checked against the official SEC Philippines List of Recorded Online Lending Platforms before listing.
Public Data & Disclosures
Interest rates, fees, and loan terms are sourced from each lender's official app, website, and published Terms & Conditions.
Regular Review Cycle
Lender listings and rate information are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis as lenders change their published terms.
Borrower Feedback
We monitor Google Play, App Store, and public borrower discussions to flag lenders with consistent complaint patterns.
Editorial Team
Finance Manila is run by a small editorial team focused on Philippine consumer lending. Our writers and researchers track SEC circulars, lender disclosures, and public regulatory filings to keep listings accurate.
